1. What is a gang sheet?

A gang sheet is a large transfer sheet that allows you to place multiple designs together and print them all at once. This helps you save money and maximize space, especially if you’re ordering for multiple projects or customers.

2. How does the Gang Sheet Builder work?

Our online builder lets you upload your designs, arrange them onto the sheet, resize, duplicate, and rotate as needed. Once your sheet is filled and finalized, we’ll print it exactly as you designed it.

3. What sizes are available?

We currently offer popular gang sheet sizes such as 22x24, 22x36, and 22x48 inches. You can select the sheet size that best fits your needs before uploading your designs.

4. What file types do you accept?

We recommend PNG files with transparent backgrounds at 300 DPI resolution for best results. SVG and PDF files also work well. Avoid low-resolution images or screenshots, as they may appear pixelated when printed.

5. Can I mix different designs on one sheet?

Yes! That’s the beauty of a gang sheet. You can place as many designs as you like within the sheet size, in any arrangement.

6. Will SmoothPrints fix my artwork if it’s low quality?

We print exactly what you upload. If your file is blurry, pixelated, or contains a background you don’t want, it will show in the final product. For best results, always upload clean, high-resolution files.

7. How do I know if my design fits the sheet?

The builder includes a ruler/grid preview so you can check the size of each design. Make sure you leave enough spacing between designs for easy cutting.

8. What colors can I use?

Our DTF transfers are full color and can handle detailed designs, gradients, and even photo-quality prints. There are no limits on the number of colors.

9. Do you offer white ink?

Yes, all transfers include a white underbase, which makes your designs vibrant on both light and dark garments.

10. How do I press the transfers?

Most gang sheet orders are printed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Rush options are available if you need them faster.

14. What if I make a mistake in the builder?

Please double-check your sheet before submitting. Since we print exactly what you upload, we cannot guarantee corrections after checkout.
